Website access and hosting

The website is hosted through Hetzner. When you access it, technical data such as your IP address, requested resource, access time, browser and operating-system information, referring page and response status may be processed in server logs to deliver the website, maintain security and investigate errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

IONOS provides our domain services. The website does not load fonts, content or frontend assets from a third-party CDN.

Contact requests and email

If you use the contact form, we process your name, company, business email and message. An optional phone number or capability context may also be included when you contact us through another inquiry path. Submissions are stored in the website’s inquiry system and used to respond to your request. Email correspondence is processed through IONOS, our email provider; inquiries are addressed to hello@intoops.com.

For requests concerning a potential contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business inquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Essential cookies and local fonts

The website uses a session cookie and an XSRF-TOKEN cookie for essential functions, including protecting form submissions against cross-site request forgery and retaining validation or submission feedback. They are not used for advertising or visitor profiling. These technically necessary cookies support the service you request; related personal-data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Fonts are stored and served locally. No font-provider request is made from your browser. Google Analytics is not active. The website uses no marketing or analytics cookies, CAPTCHA service or embedded third-party content.

Retention and recipients

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling an inquiry, maintaining necessary business correspondence, complying with statutory obligations or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Technical logs are retained only as needed for operation, security and error investigation.

Data may be processed by the hosting and email providers named above and by persons authorized to handle your inquiry. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, in particular on grounds relating to your situation. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
