Approach · How we work
Method doesn't mean more effort. It means the right order.
Every engagement follows the same five steps, whether it's a landing page or a market entry. Only the depth changes. And before anything starts, it's clear who is responsible for what.
Five steps. None of them is a product.
The steps describe how we work. You don't buy them one by one, and they don't run in a rigid sequence. Where it makes sense, they overlap.
-
Understand
We clarify the goal, the starting point and the constraints: what exists, what's missing, who decides? For a small task, one conversation is enough.
-
Strategise
We decide how to tackle your engagement: order, responsibilities, risks. If a strategy is itself the deliverable, it's produced in the Execute step.
-
Build & prepare
We put the groundwork in place: access, data, tools, alignment and, where needed, the partners we appoint. So execution never waits for missing inputs.
-
Execute
We do the agreed work ourselves, whether that's a campaign, software, a process or a tender. With interim results you can check.
-
Operate & improve
We review, correct and hand over. If you want, we keep running and improving it. A retainer is not a condition.
Starting small is allowed. So is growing.
You can commission a single task, hand over a whole area, deliver an initiative with us or have us run part of your business permanently. The scope can grow or shrink later. There are no bundles and no minimum size.
-
A single task
A requirements specification, a pay structure or the choice of a logistics provider.
-
An entire area
Recruiting or IT, planned, set up and delivered.
-
An initiative
Preparing a financing round, moving a site or bringing a product to market.
-
Running operations
Procurement, office management or IT support, run permanently and reviewed regularly.
Responsibility belongs in the contract. Not in the brochure.
Before we start, we answer six questions in writing. The answers define what we stand behind. And they stop responsibility from getting lost between everyone involved.
-
What's included
Which work we take on and which we don't. Anything outside the scope doesn't get done quietly on the side. We raise it.
-
What we stand behind
The agreed results: a concept, a system, a running process. Not revenue or market reactions that nobody can control alone.
-
Who decides
Which decisions we make ourselves and which stay with you. Whoever has the authority to decide also carries the responsibility.
-
Who's in control
Who directs the work, the people and the resources. We only take responsibility for what we actually control. Everything else we name as a dependency.
-
Handovers and inputs
What we need from you and when. Which partners we bring in and who appoints them. So nobody waits on someone else without knowing it.
-
Sign-off and exit
How we check results, who signs them off and how an engagement ends or is handed over. The ending is agreed in advance too.
It starts with a conversation. Not a proposal.
-
Initiative Check
You tell us what you're planning. In 45 minutes, we ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Free of charge.
-
Written assessment
Afterwards you get a short assessment from us. It sets out what we see, how we would approach it and roughly what it would take.
-
Scope and contract
If it's a fit, we agree scope, responsibility and sign-off together. Only then does the work begin.
-
Kick-off
We start with step one, at the depth your engagement needs. You have one point of contact for everything.
Step one costs nothing.
In the Initiative Check we understand your initiative before anyone signs anything. Afterwards you know whether and how we can help.
