Business Development
There's no shortage of opportunities. Only of follow-through.
Assessing markets and opportunities, opening new markets, and building partnerships, channels and relationships with target companies.
Usual
What you often get
A market study full of big numbers, business cards from a trade fair, a partner everyone likes. Then nobody follows up, because day-to-day business comes first. Business development stays a side job for management, and good opportunities end up buried in an inbox.

Typical initiatives
Business Development is rarely the point. Your initiative is.
Business Development plays a part in each of these initiatives. Each page shows which other disciplines join in.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Business Development often works hand in hand with these areas. The interfaces are our job; you still only buy what you need.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Do we need our own BD department for this?
No. Plenty of companies don't have one, and that needn't be a weakness.
We run business development on an ongoing basis, for a set period in one market, or for a single step such as finding partners. If you build your own team later, we hand over the pipeline, contacts and routines.
Can our sales team take over the opportunities you open?
Yes. We agree beforehand when an opportunity counts as ready.
The handover includes contacts, needs and the state of the conversations. So your sales team doesn't start from zero.
Do we need a market study first?
Not always. If it's unclear whether a market is worth it, start with market research. If the market is set, we go straight to the entry plan, partners or first target accounts.
A study that only confirms what you already know is one we'll save you.
Do you help foreign companies start in Germany?
Yes. We assess the German market, look for partners and hold the first conversations. Everything else it takes, from the legal entity to accounting, is covered by the initiative Entering the German market.
Are partner contracts part of your engagement?
The commercial side is: terms, territories, targets, duration. Legal drafting and review are handled by a law firm. We appoint it on your behalf and make sure the negotiation and the contract match.
Is it worth it for a single market?
Yes. You only commission what you need, such as a market assessment or the search for sales partners in one country. There are no packages and no minimum budgets.
You get a first written view of what it roughly takes after the free Initiative Check.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
