Building a team
Good people choose their employer. Not the other way round.
Planning, finding, hiring and onboarding the people a business needs, with fair pay and a structure that holds.
The situation
“We need the right people, quickly.”
Orders are coming in, but the team can't keep up. Some roles attract hardly anyone, others attract many who don't fit. Every open position shifts work onto the people already there.
At the same time, every new person changes the team. What used to work by calling across the room now needs clear roles, transparent rules and someone who looks after the new starters.
Where it often goes wrong.
-
Hiring whoever is missing
Each gap gets filled on its own, with no look at the business plan. The team then fixes the last bottleneck and never sees the next one coming.
-
The ad before the role
The job ad gets written before anyone has clarified what the role may decide and who it reports to. Then the person fits the ad, but not the job.
-
Slow process, lost candidates
Weeks pass between application and offer while interview slots and approvals keep people waiting. By then, sought-after specialists have signed elsewhere.
-
Pay by negotiating skill
Whoever negotiates well earns more than others doing the same job. Word gets around, and new pay transparency rules make it verifiable.
-
Alone on day one
When the new person starts, access rights, a contact person and a plan for the first weeks are missing. Anyone starting like that questions their decision during probation.
Which disciplines work together here.

You decide the scope.
Need just one key role filled? Then we start with the profile and the search. If you want to plan further ahead, begin with a workforce plan or hand us the whole build-up, from planning to onboarding.
If the whole company is growing, not just the team, Scaling the company takes you further.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Is it faster if you take over?
Often, but without a guarantee. Speed comes from clear profiles, fixed interview slots and quick decisions on your side. How long a search takes also depends on the job market for the role.
Can we bridge the time until roles are filled?
Yes, by handing clearly defined work to us for a set period, such as back office, accounting or customer service. We don't offer temporary agency work. Which work is suitable is explained in Lacking capacity.
Do you also find executives and rare specialists?
Yes. For leadership roles and hard-to-find profiles, we search discreetly and approach suitable people directly. You decide who gets hired, and the contract is directly with your company.
Do you replace our HR department?
No, we complement it. Often we take on what it lacks time for: a difficult search, pay structure or onboarding. If there isn't one yet, we build up HR work and hand it over when someone in-house can take over.
Does workforce planning make sense when figures fluctuate?
Yes, with scenarios. We work out which roles are missing under cautious and under strong growth. Roles needed in both cases get filled first.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
