Consulting

The final report isn't the end. The work starts there.

Analysis, strategy, business models, organisation, processes, performance, change, projects, compliance and interim management for companies.

An empty workshop room after a session, with chairs pushed back and a blurred whiteboard behind.

Usual

What you often get

A consulting team analyses for a few weeks, runs interviews and presents clear recommendations. Then the budget is spent and the team has moved on to the next engagement. Implementation stays with your managers, who had no time for it in the first place.

IntoOps

What you get from us

The people who do the analysis also do the implementation. If that takes new roles, systems or metrics, HR & Recruiting, IT and finance sit in the same team. And you decide how far we go: analysis only, implementation only, or both.

Typical initiatives

Consulting is rarely the point. Your initiative is.

View all initiatives

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Can we commission just the analysis?

Yes. An analysis, a strategy or a decision paper is an engagement in its own right. We write it so that your team or another provider can take it forward.

Whether we implement it as well is your call, once the result is in.

Will you implement another consultancy's concept?

Yes. Often a good concept already exists and only the implementation is missing. Then we review it briefly and start there, instead of analysing everything again.

Where we see things differently, we say so openly and explain why.

Do we need a new strategy first?

Not necessarily. Often the direction is clear, and the problem lies in organisation, processes or steering. Then that's where we start.

If the direction really is missing, strategy consulting is the first step.

Can you lend us people for a project?

No. We don't hire out staff. We take on clearly defined work under our own direction, such as a project, a PMO or a leadership role for a set period through interim management.

What's included and what we're accountable for is set out in the contract beforehand.

Do you provide legal advice or audits?

No. Where compliance, due diligence or sustainability reports need legal assessments or audits, law firms or audit firms take over.

We appoint them on your behalf, give them the documents they need and coordinate. You keep one point of contact.

Is there a minimum size for consulting engagements?

No. A single decision paper is as much an engagement as a restructuring that runs for many months. You set the scope, and the price follows from it.

What it roughly takes is in the written assessment after the free Initiative Check.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
