Sales
Selling isn't a talent. It's a craft.
Building, running and improving sales: strategy, prospecting, outreach, closing, key accounts, sales operations and tenders.
Usual
What you often get
A sales training in spring, a new CRM in autumn, an agency for booking meetings. Each measure on its own, none aligned with the others. And in the end, revenue still depends on the two people who have always done the selling.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Strategy, prospecting, conversations and steering mesh, and marketing and customer service sit in the same team. If you want, we do the selling ourselves: in your name or alongside your team. Whatever works gets written down, so it doesn't depend on one person.

Typical initiatives
Sales is rarely the point. Your initiative is.
Sales plays a part in each of these initiatives. Each page shows which other disciplines join in.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Sales often works hand in hand with these areas. The interfaces are our job; you still only buy what you need.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Can you do the selling for us?
Yes. We take on prospecting, meetings and sales conversations through to closing, in your name or together with your team.
Beforehand, we agree the limits within which we may negotiate. You sign the contract.
Do you guarantee revenue or deals?
No. Whether someone buys is the customer's decision, and your offer, price and market play their part.
What we can commit to is what we control: clean outreach, well-kept data and reports that include the bad news too.
Will you work with our existing sales team?
Yes, that's the usual case. We take on what's missing, such as prospecting or steering, or strengthen your team with a playbook and coaching. Who does the selling in the end is up to you.
Is prospecting worth it before the strategy is clear?
Rarely. Calling without a clear customer profile collects rejections, not insights. If it's unclear who you're selling to, we start with the sales strategy.
If your sales team is already running but performing below expectations, the first step is a diagnosis.
Will our sales depend on you?
No. Process, data, materials and contacts sit in your systems and in your name. If you want to take sales over yourself, we train your team and hand over in an orderly way.
Are there packages for building a sales function?
No. You set the scope, from a single playbook to an entire sales function for a set period. The price follows from that.
Roughly what it takes is in the written assessment after the free Initiative Check.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
Or write to us at hello@intoops.com.
