Sales Execution
Deals are closed in conversations. Not in PDFs.
Taking over sales conversations from first meeting to closing, on the client's behalf or alongside the client team. The result is proposals, negotiated deals and a maintained pipeline.
Usual
What you often get
After the first meeting, a proposal goes out as a PDF, and then everyone waits. Follow-up happens when someone has time, and negotiation means discounts. In the end, closing depends on management, which already has too much on its plate.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Experienced salespeople run your conversations and ask more than they present. Negotiation happens within limits you approve beforehand, so discounts stay the exception. If a tender comes into play, the deal moves to bid management with no new briefing.
Service components
5 components. Each one available on its own.
-
Understanding the customer's need and decision process in structured meetings.
-
Presenting the offer in a way that answers the customer's actual questions.
-
Writing proposals with clear scope, terms and price.
-
Negotiating terms within agreed limits and closing the deal.
-
Following up open deals and keeping pipeline data current.
What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.
- Meeting notes with the customer's need, decision path and timeline.
- Proposals on your template, approved by you before they go out.
- Negotiated contracts ready for signature, with every concession documented.
- A pipeline in the CRM that shows every open opportunity with its next step.
- An analysis of lost opportunities with the reasons customers gave.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- Management runs every sales conversation itself and has no time left for anything else.
- There are enough meetings, but too few turn into orders.
- Your sales team is at capacity, and new enquiries have to wait.
- A salesperson is off for a long time, and their open opportunities are at risk.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Sales Execution often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.

You don't need a whole initiative to get Sales Execution. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Do you negotiate prices on our behalf?
Yes, within firm limits for price, discounts, payment terms and duration. Anything beyond that comes to you with a recommendation.
Whether you sign is your decision.
Will your people know our product well enough?
After onboarding, yes. Every engagement starts with us getting to know the product, market and past conversations. We hold the first meetings together with you until the answers come naturally.
Do you take over deals already in progress?
Yes. First we read up on the history, notes and proposals and talk to whoever was responsible so far.
Your customer notices the change, but not a break.
Can you write just the proposal?
Yes. You send us your notes from the meeting, and we deliver a proposal that clearly separates scope, terms and benefits. You then lead the negotiation yourself.
Does your work end with the signature?
No, it ends with a clean handover. Someone who has just signed needs a contact who knows every commitment made. For large accounts, key account management takes over; otherwise we hand over to your team.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
