Bid & Tender Management

A missing form beats any concept. Even the best one.

Monitoring public and private tenders, assessing them and coordinating the bid from clarification questions to submission. The result is submitted bids that meet all formal requirements on time.

Usual

What you often get

Someone spots the tender just before the deadline, and the writing happens at night under pressure. Bids go in everywhere, because nobody checks first whether it's worth it. And in the end the bid fails on a formality, not on content.

IntoOps

What you get from us

First comes the decision whether a tender is worth it, against criteria set in advance. Writing starts where the odds are right. After every award, we review why it worked or didn't.

Whatever worked well is prepared for the next procedure. If a presentation or negotiation follows, the people from sales execution are already at the table.

Service components

5 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Tender monitoring

  2. Bid/no-bid decision

  3. Bid coordination

  4. Bid writing

  5. Eligibility & formal documents

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A search profile and a running list of suitable procedures with deadlines.
  • A written bid decision for each procedure, with criteria and reasons.
  • A schedule for each bid where every contribution has an owner and a deadline.
  • A checklist of all certificates and forms, fully ticked off before submission.
  • A content library with references, method descriptions and CVs for future bids.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Tenders land on your desk by chance, often too late for a good bid.
  • Bids are written alongside day-to-day business, and both suffer.
  • Your last bid was excluded because a certificate was missing.
  • You want to enter the public sector and don't know the rules.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Will you write whole bids for us?

Yes, apart from what only you can supply: prices, references and staffing commitments. We write and coordinate the rest. Nothing is submitted without your approval.

Do small companies stand a chance in tenders?

Yes, more often than you'd think. Many public tenders are divided into lots precisely so that smaller suppliers can bid. What matters is whether eligibility and references fit, and we check that before writing a word.

Do you help with bid challenges and reviews?

Only by coordinating. Challenges and review proceedings are legal advice and belong with a law firm, which we appoint on your behalf when needed. We supply it with documents, deadlines and the history of the procedure.

Can you promise we'll win the contract?

No. The contracting authority awards the contract according to its criteria. What we take responsibility for is a complete, on-time bid that answers each of those criteria.

Can tenders serve as a market signal too?

Yes. Watching procedures shows early which services are in demand. If a need keeps coming up that you don't cover, business opportunity development checks whether an offer for it pays off.

Can we book just the search for suitable tenders?

Yes. You regularly get a selection of suitable procedures with a short assessment. Whether and how you bid is up to you, with us or without.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
