Procurement & Supply Chain
A good price is worthless without the goods.
Procurement strategy, supplier sourcing and management, operational purchasing, and supply chain planning, coordination, optimisation and risk.
Usual
What you often get
A savings project with an impressive final presentation. Soon after, everyone orders as before, and the new framework agreements sit unused in a folder. Then a supplier drops out, and the search for a replacement starts that very day.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Strategy, supplier selection, purchasing and planning sit with one team, aligned with operations & fulfilment, product development and finance. We don't just negotiate terms; we make sure day-to-day orders actually use them. And when a supplier starts to wobble, the alternative is already prepared.

Typical initiatives
Procurement & Supply Chain is rarely the point. Your initiative is.
Procurement & Supply Chain plays a part in each of these initiatives. Each page shows which other disciplines join in.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Procurement & Supply Chain often works hand in hand with these areas. The interfaces are our job; you still only buy what you need.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Will you run our entire procurement?
Yes, if you want us to: strategy, supplier selection, ordering and planning, permanently or for a set period. Or just the part that's missing. That can be a single supplier search for a new component.
Can you promise savings?
No. What a supplier offers is the supplier's decision, not ours. And markets change, often faster than contracts.
What we can commit to is a clean analysis, well-prepared negotiations and honest numbers: we calculate what was actually saved instead of estimating it.
Will you replace our purchasing team?
No, we complement it. Usually we take on what gets left behind in daily work: tenders, supplier ratings, planning. Your team keeps the supplier relationships and the decisions.
Does everything start with a spend analysis?
Not necessarily. If you lack an overview of where the money goes, it's a good start. If a supplier is causing trouble or goods are missing, we start there and catch up on the spend analysis later.
Do you also review supply contracts and due diligence?
Not legally. Contract drafting, public procurement law and the legal assessment of due diligence duties are handled by law firms.
We appoint them on your behalf, prepare everything commercial and organisational, and coordinate. You still have one point of contact.
Is it worth it with a small purchasing volume?
Often yes, and if not, we'll tell you. There's no minimum volume; you only commission what you need.
After the free Initiative Check, you get a first assessment in writing, including what it roughly takes.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
