Performance Improvement

Savings found aren't savings yet. Only implemented ones count.

Diagnosing cost and performance gaps, prioritising measures and implementing them with tracked financial impact. The result is an agreed programme of measures and a record of implemented and realised savings.

Usual

What you often get

At the end of the diagnosis there's a long list of levers with a big total underneath. The consultancy offsets its fee against that total and leaves. How much of it reaches next year's accounts, nobody checks any more.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Every measure gets an owner, a deadline and a metric. We help implement and track the impact in controlling until it's proven, or until it's clear why not. Planned and realised savings are kept strictly apart.

Service components

5 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Performance & cost diagnosis

  2. Cost reduction programmes

  3. Operational efficiency & productivity

  4. Overhead efficiency

  5. Measure tracking & benefit realisation

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A cost diagnosis with benchmarks and prioritised levers, each with its estimated impact.
  • A programme of measures approved by management, with responsibilities and a schedule.
  • Implemented measures in procurement, processes or organisation, each documented.
  • Measure tracking that shows planned and realised impact separately.
  • A regular programme report that you can also show your bank.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Margins have been shrinking for years, and no report shows where the money goes.
  • Your bank wants a cost reduction programme, with proof.
  • An earlier savings programme promised a lot and delivered little.
  • Administration is growing faster than the business.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you guarantee a specific saving?

No. How much materialises also depends on markets, contracts and your decisions.

We commit to what we can take responsibility for: a thorough diagnosis, properly implemented measures and evidence that never mixes up plan and result.

Is this mainly about cutting jobs?

Not primarily. Levers often lie in procurement, processes, duplicated work and old contracts.

If jobs are affected, we say so early and plan the implementation with change management. Your staff then hear it from you, not second-hand.

Do you offer the diagnosis on its own?

Yes. You get the levers, their estimated impact and a sensible order. Afterwards, your team, another provider or we can implement them.

Will we see first results quickly?

Partly. Some measures take effect early, for example in contracts or purchasing. Changes to processes or organisation take longer, so we plan the two separately.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
