Change Management
Change isn't won at kick-off. It's won the Monday after.
Assessing the impact of a change, planning stakeholder engagement, communication and enablement, and tracking adoption. The result is a change plan, delivered measures and measured adoption.
Usual
What you often get
Kick-off, an all-staff email, a few training sessions just before go-live. After that, the project counts as done. If nobody then uses the new software, the story is that people didn't want to.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Change management that sits inside the project, not next to it. We clarify early who loses what and who gains what, and later measure actual use. Training comes from our in-house training & development team and follows your process, not the software manual.
Service components
5 components. Each one available on its own.
-
Who is affected how, and how ready the organisation is.
-
Approach, measures, timing and responsibilities.
-
Involving managers, works council and key people at the right time.
-
Messages, channels and timing for everyone affected.
-
Measuring adoption and closing gaps until the change holds.
What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.
- An overview of what changes for which group, in concrete terms.
- A change plan with measures, messages and dates, aligned with the project plan.
- Materials for managers so they can answer their teams' questions.
- Training and guides for the new workflows, delivered before go-live.
- Measurement of use after go-live, with actions for areas that lag behind.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- New software is coming, and people still work around the last one.
- A restructuring is coming up, and rumours are already doing the rounds.
- AI tools are arriving, and many in the team worry about their jobs.
- A project is technically finished, but people still work the old way.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Change Management often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get Change Management. These examples show where the service is often needed.
- Problem Too much of our work is still manual.
- Project We want to use AI, but properly.
- Project We have to change fundamentally.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Isn't change management just communication?
No. Communication is one part of it. Training, managers who get behind the change, and measuring whether it lands in daily work matter just as much.
Will you work with our project team or IT provider?
Yes. Change management only works in step with the project. So we align training, communication and go-live with the project lead and providers.
If there's no project lead, our project & programme management takes on the role.
Is resistance simply part of it?
Yes. Resistance shows where something is unclear or where something really is being lost. We take it seriously and change the plan where the objections are justified.
Does change management work without a running project?
Yes. Sometimes a change was decided or even introduced long ago but isn't sticking. Then we first find the places where it's stuck and start there.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
