Training & Development
Training starts with a gap, not a catalogue.
Determining which skills are needed and designing and delivering learning programmes in suitable formats, for any business area. The result is delivered training with documented participation and evaluation.
Usual
What you often get
A catalogue of seminars from which everyone picks whatever sounds good. At the end there are attendance certificates and a feedback round over lunch. Whether anything changes in day-to-day work, nobody checks.

What you get from us
Every programme starts with two questions: which skills are missing where? And how will progress show? Then we choose the format, from workshop to coaching, and for major changes we work with change management.
Our specialists come from every part of the business. So sales training comes from someone in sales, and IT training from someone in IT.
Service components
6 components. Each one available on its own.
-
Which skills are missing where, and which formats close the gap.
-
Structured programmes for roles, teams or topics.
-
Delivering in-person and online training sessions.
-
Programmes for new and experienced managers.
-
Digital learning content and setting up learning platforms.
-
Individual coaching for managers and specialists.
What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.
- An overview of skills gaps per team, prioritised by urgency and effort.
- A learning programme with goals, formats, dates and owners.
- Training materials and exercises that your team keeps using afterwards.
- An evaluation per programme: participant feedback and observed changes in daily work.
- A learning platform set up with content, access and clear ownership for upkeep.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- New software, new processes or AI are changing tasks, and your team needs confidence.
- Specialists get promoted to managers without being prepared for the role.
- The training budget gets spent every year, but nobody can say what it achieved.
- Quality in service or sales depends on who happens to be on duty.
- Important knowledge sits in a few heads and needs to reach the whole team.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Training & Development often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get Training & Development. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Do you offer off-the-shelf seminars?
No. Content and exercises are built from the needs analysis, with examples from your day-to-day work. If an existing course would suit a standard topic better, we'll tell you.
For sales teams, we link training with sales enablement, so call guides and materials match what was learnt.
Do you also run online training and e-learning?
Yes. The format follows the goal: in person for practice and exchange, online for distributed teams, e-learning for knowledge many people need. We set up learning platforms and hand their upkeep over to your team.
Do you coach individual managers too?
Yes, and specialists without a management role too. We agree goals and framework with you beforehand; what's said in coaching stays confidential.
Can you prove that training works?
Partly. Attendance and feedback can be measured precisely; behaviour at work only through observation and metrics.
That's why we agree beforehand how we'll recognise progress, and check it afterwards with the managers.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
