Customer Service

Service isn't a cost centre. It's an early warning system.

Designing and running customer service: support channels, complaints, customer care, after-sales, self-service and service improvement.

A quiet service desk after closing time, with a row of empty waiting chairs and one warm lamp on the counter.

Usual

What you often get

A call centre billing by the minute, a half-configured ticket system and an FAQ from the year before last. Callers explain their issue three times. And nobody asks why so many people call, as long as someone picks up.

Typical initiatives

Customer Service is rarely the point. Your initiative is.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Can you take over our entire customer service?

Yes, in your name and your tone of voice, on every channel you offer. You can also hand over just one part, such as complaints, off-peak hours or setting up a help centre. Your team keeps the rest, and we agree the handovers together.

Are you a call centre?

No, even though we answer enquiries ourselves. A call centre measures how fast calls are picked up. We also measure why people call, and work with operations, product and IT so they need to less often.

Does your team know our product well enough?

Not from day one. We learn it from your experts and record every answer in a knowledge base. Whatever we can't solve goes to your team according to fixed rules, along with everything already clarified.

Do we need a service concept first?

Only if you're building from scratch. Then a customer service strategy settles channels, hours and team first.

If your service is already running, we start with a diagnosis: where enquiries get stuck and why they come in at all.

Do you repair devices on site?

No, not ourselves. Repairs and on-site visits are handled by partners in our network or by your existing service partner. We schedule and manage the visits and keep your customers informed.

Is outsourced support cheaper than an in-house team?

Not automatically. It depends on volume, service hours and languages, and we'll do the maths with you openly. Sometimes the answer is: build it yourself, and we'll help you start.

There are no packages. You get a rough written estimate after the free Initiative Check.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
