Customer Care & Success

Nobody cancels overnight. The signs come first.

Accompanying customers after purchase so that they use the product successfully and stay. The result is structured onboarding, documented customer contacts and measured satisfaction and retention.

Usual

What you often get

Customer success often means a call about the renewal and an NPS survey once a year. In between, there's silence. And when the cancellation arrives, the rescue starts with a discount, usually too late.

IntoOps

What you get from us

New customers are onboarded so that they actually use your product. After that, we watch for warning signs: falling usage, a pile-up of tickets, a new contact person. If there's potential for more, the lead goes to sales or to our account management team.

Service components

5 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Customer onboarding

  2. Proactive check-ins

  3. Churn prevention & win-back

  4. Loyalty programmes

  5. Customer feedback programmes

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • An onboarding plan with steps, materials and criteria for being fully up and running.
  • A contact plan for existing customers, tiered by value and risk.
  • Defined churn warning signs, with thresholds and the response to each.
  • Satisfaction and recommendation surveys set up and analysed per customer group.
  • A report on retention, reasons for cancelling and customers won back.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Cancellations come as a surprise, and looking back, the signs were there all along.
  • New customers buy but use only a fraction of what they pay for.
  • Your sales team wins new business while existing accounts quietly slip away.
  • Renewals depend on someone remembering the date in time.
  • You ask about satisfaction, but nothing happens with the answers.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Isn't customer success a job for sales?

Not on its own. Sales wins and renews; customer care handles everything in between: getting started, usage, problems. Both need the same data, so we agree who takes over when.

Does this work without personal contact?

Yes, in part. With many small accounts, automated emails handle the routine, managed through email marketing & automation. Personal conversations happen where the signs point to churn or growth.

Does a loyalty programme stop cancellations?

Only to a degree. Loyalty comes mainly from a product that works and contacts who get in touch. We plan a loyalty programme when it fits your business, with clear costs and rules.

Do you talk to customers who have cancelled?

Yes. We ask for the reason without pushing, and only make an offer if it genuinely addresses that reason. What we hear goes into the analysis, so the next ones don't leave in the first place.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
