Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
Automation doesn't make bad emails better. Just more frequent.
Planning and running email communication with contacts and automating it along the customer lifecycle. The result is consent-compliant lists, live campaigns and automated journeys with measured results.
Usual
What you often get
An expensive automation platform, set up and then left to itself. A newsletter goes out to the whole list, and the journeys from the product demo never get built. And which leads sales actually calls, nobody in marketing knows.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Marketing and sales agree together when a contact is ready for a conversation. Then we set up the platform, connect it to your CRM and write the emails. Everything is documented so your team can maintain the journeys itself later.
Service components
5 components. Each one available on its own.
-
Planning, writing and sending regular and campaign emails.
-
Automated email sequences from first contact to repeat purchase.
-
Configuring the automation platform, workflows and forms.
-
Rules that decide when a lead goes to sales.
-
Segments, GDPR-compliant consent and good inbox placement.
What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.
- A journey plan: which trigger sends which email, and when sales takes over.
- A configured automation platform, connected to the CRM and your website forms.
- Cleaned lists with documented consent and segments by interest.
- Live journeys, each with a goal, content and an exit rule.
- Reports on opens, clicks, unsubscribes and the enquiries that result.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- Your newsletter goes to everyone, and unsubscribes rise with every issue.
- Contacts from trade fairs and the website sit in the CRM, but nobody follows up.
- You pay for an automation platform and use little more than the newsletter function.
- New customers hear nothing from you after buying, until the invoice arrives.
- Your list has grown for years, but the consents behind it aren't documented anywhere.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get Email Marketing & Marketing Automation. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Do we need to buy a new platform?
Usually not. Many CRM and shop systems come with enough automation. We check what you have first and only recommend a new platform if the old one can't handle your processes.
Do you take care of consent and data protection?
Yes. We only email people who have agreed, and every consent is documented. We clean up old lists before they receive anything again.
Individual legal questions are clarified by a law firm we appoint on your behalf if needed.
Does the automation pass leads straight to sales?
Yes, following rules both sides agree beforehand: which behaviour counts and who gets the contact. That can be your sales team or our sales development team. Without that agreement, leads are just addresses.
Do you write the emails yourselves?
Yes. Subject lines, copy and design are created by us, in your brand's voice. For longer formats such as guides, we bring in content marketing.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
