Corporate Services

Admin doesn't make money. Neglected admin loses it.

Defined administrative work: back office, company formation, local administration, office, executive support, documents and contracts.

A quiet reception area with a wall of mail compartments, a few envelopes and one warm lamp.

Usual

What you often get

Post lands with the assistant, contracts in a folder, deadlines in management's calendar. For the formation there's a notary, for the address a business centre, for the rest nobody. And when one person goes on holiday, half the admin grinds to a halt.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Every task you hand over gets a documented process, a log and a named contact. From formation to the daily post, one place keeps track.

And because finance and HR sit in the same team, invoices and personnel files end up in the right place.

Typical initiatives

Corporate Services is rarely the point. Your initiative is.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Can we hand over all our admin to you?

Yes, usually in stages. We start with the part that takes the most time, write down the processes and take over step by step. Decisions, signatures and approvals stay with you.

Is this temporary staffing by another name?

No. You hand over clearly defined work, with agreed results and response times. We steer who does it and who covers absences.

We don't lease out staff, not even for executive support or reception.

Can you notarise documents or answer legal questions?

No, we only coordinate. Notarisations belong with a notary, legal questions with a law firm, tax questions with a tax adviser.

We appoint them on your behalf, prepare everything and follow up until it's done.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. Post, deadlines, contracts and much of executive support run remotely. Reception, office organisation and some appointments with authorities need someone on site, and we plan for that.

Do we need a full review first?

No. If you're setting up a company, everything starts with company formation.

If your business is already running, we start where deadlines or work pile up. Often that's the post, often the contracts.

Does a small branch need this at all?

Yes. A branch without an office team rarely needs a full position, but it does need someone who keeps an eye on post, deadlines and authorities. You pay for the agreed scope, not a package.

After the free Initiative Check, you'll know in writing roughly what to expect.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
