IT Operations & Support
IT on the side works. Until the first outage.
Taking over agreed IT operations and user support with defined service levels. The result is handled tickets, maintained systems and regular service reports.
Usual
What you often get
IT gets done by whoever knows most, squeezed in between their actual tasks. Or a provider works through tickets without knowing your company. Updates happen when someone remembers, and accounts stay open after people leave.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Service desk, infrastructure and cybersecurity sit in one team with us. So no problem gets bounced between providers. Joiners and leavers are coordinated with office management, so keys, desk and laptop are ready together.
Service components
5 components. Each one available on its own.
-
First and second level support for employees.
-
Setting up devices and accounts for joiners, movers and leavers.
-
Keeping systems monitored, updated and stable.
-
Inventory of hardware, software and licences.
-
Support at the client's premises where needed.
What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.
- A written scope of service with service levels, availability and escalation path.
- A ticket system where your team can see the status of every request.
- Fixed routines for joiners and leavers: device, accounts, permissions, return.
- A register of all devices, software and licences with terms and costs.
- Service reports with ticket volumes, resolution times and recurring problems.
- An update plan with maintenance windows, so nothing restarts in the middle of the workday.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- The person who has been looking after IT is overloaded or leaving.
- New staff wait days for a laptop and access.
- Updates keep getting postponed because there's never a good time.
- Your provider closes tickets, but the same problems come back every week.
- Nobody knows how many licences you pay for or who uses them.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
IT Operations & Support often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get IT Operations & Support. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Can we hand over just the service desk?
Yes. We then agree which requests we solve ourselves and which we pass on to your IT or other providers. Both are written into the scope of service, so nothing gets stuck.
Will you work with our in-house IT?
Yes. One possible split: we take on tickets and routine work, your IT focuses on projects. Responsibilities, access and escalation are put in writing, so nobody does the same work twice.
Do you come on site?
Yes, when hardware, network or new workplaces call for it. A lot can be solved remotely, without travel. How often we're on site is set out in the scope of service.
Can we reach you at night and at weekends?
If you need that, yes. Availability outside office hours is agreed explicitly, with response times in the contract. Every service report shows whether we met them.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. Before the old contract ends, we record devices, accounts, access and open tickets. Where documentation is missing, we write it first.
If the infrastructure itself is the problem, we modernise it through cloud & infrastructure.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
