Operations & Fulfilment
Sales make the promise. Operations keep it.
Setting up, running and improving operations: order processing, fulfilment, logistics, returns, quality and production coordination.
Usual
What you often get
The warehouse reports stock, the parcel service sends tracking numbers, the software lists orders. Yet nobody knows where a particular order is stuck.
So you go looking yourself, across three companies and three systems. And the consultants who redrew the process had left before go-live.
IntoOps
What you get from us
One team plans, selects, steers and checks the whole flow, from order to return. Warehousing, transport and manufacturing are handled by partners in our network. The steering stays with us.
And because procurement & supply chain, customer service and IT sit in the same team, the chain doesn't break at the warehouse door.

Typical initiatives
Operations & Fulfilment is rarely the point. Your initiative is.
Operations & Fulfilment plays a part in each of these initiatives. Each page shows which other disciplines join in.
- Problem Our supply chain is too slow, too expensive or too fragile.
- Problem Our customers wait too long and complain too often.
- Project We need a new office or warehouse.
- Project We want to sell in other countries.
- Goal We want to grow without everything getting chaotic.
- Project Our product is ready, now it has to sell.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Operations & Fulfilment often works hand in hand with these areas. The interfaces are our job; you still only buy what you need.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Can you run our entire operation?
Yes, if you want us to: order management, fulfilment, shipping, returns and quality, permanently or for a set period. Or just one part, such as returns or finding a new warehouse. Your team keeps the rest, and we coordinate the handovers.
Do you run your own warehouses or vehicles?
No. Storage, transport and manufacturing are handled by partners in our network or by your existing providers. We select them, onboard them and steer them against agreed service levels.
That has one advantage: we have no space of our own to fill. What gets chosen is what fits your volumes.
Do we have to switch logistics provider?
No, as long as they deliver what was agreed. We take over the steering: service levels, reviews, escalation. If they no longer fit your requirements, we'll tell you and organise an orderly switch.
Is a new warehouse the right place to start?
Rarely as the first step. Things often go wrong earlier: with orders keyed in by hand, or master data that doesn't add up. So we look at the whole flow first, then at the warehouse.
Sometimes it's enough to sort out order management.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. We have neither minimum volumes nor packages. Whether a warehouse or shipping partner fits your volumes is something we check during selection.
After the free Initiative Check, you get in writing what it roughly takes.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
