Testing & Validation

Certificates can't be bought. Evidence has to be planned.

Defining what must be proven, organising tests in test labs or the field and documenting results. The result is test reports and the evidence needed for conformity; certification is issued by notified or accredited bodies.

Usual

What you often get

Shortly before launch, someone notices that a piece of evidence is missing. The test lab has no slot until much later, the standard calls for different samples, and the launch slips. What got tested was whatever was available, not what had to be proven.

IntoOps

What you get from us

The test plan is written alongside the requirements specification, not after the last prototype. Lab tests are run by test labs in our network; we organise field tests with your customers. What series production will need to check later, we hand over to quality management.

Service components

5 components. Where a licence is required, we coordinate.

  1. Test planning & specification

  2. Functional & endurance testing

  3. Field & user tests

  4. Certification & approvals

  5. Test reports

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A test plan that assigns a test and an acceptance criterion to every requirement.
  • Test labs appointed, with test set-up, samples and dates agreed.
  • Field test results with documented conditions, findings and actions.
  • A defect list from all tests, with cause, action and retest.
  • A complete evidence file before the notified or accredited body reviews it.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • The launch date is set, and the list of missing evidence grows instead of shrinking.
  • A product fails in the field, although it passed every test in the lab.
  • You want to enter a new market, and different standards apply there.
  • Retailers ask for test reports you don't have.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you issue the CE certificate?

No. Depending on the product, your company declares conformity itself, or a notified or accredited body tests and certifies.

Either way, we prepare the evidence. If a body is needed, we appoint it on your behalf and coordinate the assessment.

Do you test in your own labs?

No. Lab tests are carried out by test labs in our network, chosen by test type and standard.

We agree the set-up, samples and dates and attend critical tests. Field tests we organise directly with you and your customers.

Can our team run the tests from your plan?

Yes. The test plan is available on its own. Your team then runs the tests itself or hands some of them over to us.

Is the technical documentation included?

Not directly. Test reports are produced here; the risk assessment and operating instructions belong to technical documentation. Both draw on the same evidence, so it pays to plan them together.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
