Quality Management
A certificate checks the system. Not the product.
Defining quality requirements, setting up checks and management systems and steering corrective actions. The result is a documented QM system, measured quality and closed corrective actions; certification is issued by accredited bodies.
Usual
What you often get
A QM manual built from templates, written for the audit rather than for daily work. After certification it gathers dust until the next audit comes round. Complaints are solved one by one, without anyone asking why they keep coming back.
IntoOps
What you get from us
The QM system is built from your real processes: inspection plans, KPIs, tracked corrective actions. We run the internal audits ourselves, so the system holds up beyond audit day. And with supplier management and customer service involved, quality reaches suppliers and customers too.
Service components
6 components. Where a licence is required, we coordinate.
Marked components require a licence, so they always come as part of a wider engagement. Licensed partners carry them out; we appoint them on your behalf and coordinate.
-
Building and documenting a quality management system to ISO 9001.
-
Internal audits and preparation for certification by accredited bodies.
Note: Certification and conformity assessment are carried out by accredited certification bodies or notified bodies. We appoint them on your behalf and coordinate.
-
Inspection plans, checks and quality data in operations.
-
8D and corrective actions for recurring defects and complaints.
-
Quality requirements, audits and escalation for suppliers.
-
Quality criteria, interaction reviews and calibration in customer service.
What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.
- A QM manual that describes your actual processes, with process map and responsibilities.
- Inspection plans for goods-in, production or service, with recorded quality data.
- A complaints process with 8D reports and tracked corrective actions.
- Internal audit reports with findings and deadlines for fixing them.
- Quality agreements and regular ratings for important suppliers.
- Criteria and regular reviews for quality in customer service.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- A tender requires ISO 9001, and you don't have a QM system yet.
- The same complaints keep coming back, although each one was resolved.
- The next audit is due, and the manual describes processes that no longer exist.
- Supplier defects only surface once they reach your customers.
- In customer service, everyone answers the same question differently.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Quality Management often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get Quality Management. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Do we get the ISO certificate from you?
No. Certificates are issued by accredited certification bodies.
We build the system, run internal audits and prepare you for the certification audit. We appoint the certification body on your behalf and coordinate the dates.
Do we even need ISO 9001 for good quality?
Not for good quality. The certificate is often needed because customers or tenders require it. The basics help without it too: clear checks, a complaints process, measured defects.
We only take the road to certification if you need it.
Will you maintain the QM system after certification?
Yes, if you want us to. We keep documents up to date, run internal audits and prepare the management review. Responsibility for quality stays with management, as the standard requires.
Does this cover quality in customer service too?
Yes. Service quality can be measured like product quality: with criteria, samples and feedback to the team. Bigger changes in service are delivered through customer service optimisation.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
