IT & Digital

Most IT landscapes grew. Nobody planned them.

IT strategy, software, web, e-commerce, business systems, integration, cloud, data, AI, automation, security, IT operations and UX.

A server room aisle with rows of racks, small status lights and one warm light at the end.

Usual

What you often get

An IT provider for the hardware, an agency for the website, a software firm for the ERP. Each one knows its own system, none knows the whole. Data gets entered twice, and whenever something breaks, everyone points at someone else.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Development, infrastructure, data and support sit in the same team as finance, sales and operations. So every system starts with the process it has to carry. The same people build it, document it and, if you like, run it.

Typical initiatives

IT & Digital is rarely the point. Your initiative is.

View all initiatives

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Can you run our IT on an ongoing basis?

Yes. We take on support, devices, systems and security on an ongoing basis, with service levels agreed in writing beforehand.

We can just as well take on one part, such as a website relaunch or an ERP rollout. Then we work alongside your IT team.

Will you work with our current IT provider?

Yes. Often an IT provider looks after the technology, and we cover what's missing: software, data, interfaces or coordinating everyone involved. Where two firms do the same job, or a contract no longer fits, we'll tell you.

Do we need an IT strategy first?

Not necessarily. You don't need one for a new website or a single system.

If several big decisions are due at once, such as ERP, cloud and security, an IT strategy is worth doing first. It sets the order before money flows into individual systems.

Will this make us dependent on you?

No. We document systems and processes so that your team or another provider can take over.

Accounts are set up in your name. And if you want to run things yourself later, we plan the handover from the start.

Is this worthwhile without an IT department?

Yes, especially then. Often one person looks after IT on the side until it no longer works. We take on what's missing, with no package and no minimum size.

What it roughly takes is in the written assessment after the free Initiative Check.

Is there IT work you don't do yourselves?

Yes. Certificates, for example for information security, are issued by accredited bodies. We prepare the audit, appoint the body on your behalf and coordinate.

Legal questions, such as data protection, go to law firms, brought in through compliance & risk management.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
