UX/UI Design

Pretty is easy. Clear takes work.

Researching user needs and designing how websites, apps and software look and work, tested with real users. The result is tested prototypes, final designs and a documented design system.

Usual

What you often get

A design studio delivers beautiful screens as a PDF, tested in its own meeting room. Development rebuilds whatever it understands and fills gaps by gut feeling. In the end the product looks different from the design and works differently than intended.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Testing happens with people who'll actually use the product, not with our own team. Design and development work together from the first draft, so every screen is technically checked. Both maintain the design system together, so it isn't orphaned after launch.

Service components

5 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. User research & usability testing

  2. Information architecture & user flows

  3. Wireframes & prototypes

  4. UI design

  5. Design systems

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A report from interviews and observation: tasks, obstacles and the words people use.
  • A navigation structure with the key click paths, checked against real tasks.
  • Click-through prototypes with test logs showing what was understood and what wasn't.
  • Final screens for every state: normal, error, loading and empty lists.
  • A component library that has the same names and looks in design and code.
  • A prioritised list of usability issues, each with its location and a proposed fix.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Your team keeps explaining on the phone how the website or app works.
  • A new product should prove it's understood before development starts.
  • Every page looks different because every team builds its own elements.
  • Many people drop off at the same point, and nobody knows why.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you also design logos and brand identity?

Yes, as a separate service: branding & design. UX/UI design builds on the brand and turns it into interfaces that work. If there's no brand yet, we settle the order of work first.

Do we really need tests with real people?

Yes. Your own team knows the product too well to see it with fresh eyes. Tests show where people get stuck, including places nobody on the team expected.

Whatever a test finds before development, nobody has to rebuild after launch.

Will you work with our development team?

Yes. We deliver designs with components, states and spacing in a form your team can build from directly. Technical questions get settled early in joint reviews, not negotiated later.

Do you test software that's already in use?

Yes. A test with real tasks shows where people fail, and a prioritised list says what to fix first. Your team can implement it, or our software development team takes it on.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
