Software Development

Code is rarely the problem. Unclear requirements are.

Designing, programming, testing and releasing software to agreed requirements, in iterations with the client. The result is working, documented software in the client's environment.

Usual

What you often get

A specification, a fixed price and then months of silence. In the end you get software that does exactly what the spec said, just not what's needed. And only the agency that wrote the code understands it.

IntoOps

What you get from us

You see working versions early and often, and you help decide what comes next. UX design, development and testing sit in the same team. And the code lives in your environment, documented for any team that takes it over later.

Service components

6 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Technical concept & architecture

  2. Web application development

  3. Mobile app development

  4. MVP & digital products

  5. QA & test automation

  6. Maintenance & further development

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A technical concept explaining why each technology was chosen.
  • Working versions at fixed intervals that you can try out yourself.
  • Automated tests that run with every change, plus a documented acceptance test.
  • Source code in your own repository, documented for operation and further development.
  • A prioritised list of the next features, agreed with you.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Your business runs on a process that no standard software covers.
  • You want to test a digital product before putting serious money into it.
  • An old in-house system carries the business, but nobody dares to touch it any more.
  • Your team works with spreadsheets and emails where an application really belongs.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you build custom software when standard software exists?

Only if it pays off. If off-the-shelf software covers your process well enough, that's what we recommend, and there's nothing to build. Custom work makes sense where no standard fits or where your process sets you apart.

Can you take over software someone else built?

Yes. First we review the code, documentation and operation and tell you honestly what state the software is in. Then you decide: develop it further, replace it step by step or rebuild.

Do we need a finished specification first?

No. A rough frame is enough to start with.

We sharpen the requirements together, for example with business analysis or a clickable prototype. All that's fixed up front is what the first working version must do.

Can our own developers work alongside yours?

Yes. We're happy to work as a mixed team, with shared rules for code, tests and releases. If your team is to run the software on its own later, we plan the handover from day one.

Do you also handle servers and operations?

Yes. Environments, automated deployment and monitoring come from cloud & infrastructure, aligned with development. Whether the software then runs on your premises, in the cloud or with a provider is your call.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
