Finance & Accounting
Tax-ready books are standard. Decision-ready figures are rare.
Controlling and planning, financial models, accounting operations, liquidity, finance processes and systems, and public funding.
Usual
What you often get
The tax adviser does the books and sends the monthly figures, weeks after month-end. Planning and cash sit in a spreadsheet that only one person understands. And when the bank wants to see a business plan, the hunt for numbers begins.

Typical initiatives
Finance & Accounting is rarely the point. Your initiative is.
Finance & Accounting plays a part in each of these initiatives. Each page shows which other disciplines join in.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Finance & Accounting often works hand in hand with these areas. The interfaces are our job; you still only buy what you need.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Can you take over our entire finance function?
Yes, except for anything that requires a licence. We take on controlling, planning, accounting processes, cash and funding, permanently, for a set period or just the part that's missing.
Tax advice, statutory audits and legal advice stay with licensed firms. We appoint them on your behalf and coordinate them. You still have one point of contact.
Will you work with our accounts team and tax adviser?
Yes. Usually we add what's missing: planning, reporting, cash management or clean processes.
Your tax adviser stays and gets organised documents from us instead of loose receipts. Where two parties do the same job, we'll tell you.
Should we start with the accounting?
Not necessarily. If money is getting tight, start with a cash forecast. If the bank wants figures, start with the financial model.
If neither applies, look at the accounting first. Any plan is only as good as the figures it's built on.
Can we get interim finance leadership from you?
Yes, through interim management. An experienced executive takes on the role until the position is filled or the restructuring is done.
This runs under a service or work contract in which we steer the work and take responsibility for it. We do not hire out staff.
Is this worth it for smaller companies?
Yes, if the scope fits. You only commission what you need, such as a monthly report or a cash forecast. There are no packages and no minimum budgets.
What it roughly takes is in the written assessment after the free Initiative Check.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
