Grants & Public Funding

Funding isn't free money. It comes with obligations.

Checking which grant and loan programmes fit a plan, preparing applications and keeping funded projects compliant. The result is submitted applications and complete proof of use; decisions remain with the funding bodies.

Usual

What you often get

An application for a success fee, and afterwards you're on your own: fund calls, interim reports, questions from the funding body. If proof is missing later, the money has to go back. The fee doesn't.

IntoOps

What you get from us

First we check whether funding fits your plans, and say so openly if it doesn't. We build the application's figures from the financial model, so plan and application match. And if funding is approved, we stay on until the last proof of use.

Service components

4 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Funding search & eligibility check

  2. Grant applications

  3. Funding administration & reporting

  4. Subsidised loans & guarantees

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • An overview of suitable programmes with conditions, deadlines and funding rates.
  • Complete application documents with project description, cost plan and financing plan.
  • A deadline calendar for fund calls, interim reports and proof of use.
  • Cost tracking that separates eligible expenses from all others, with evidence.
  • Organised records for audits by the funding body.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • You're planning an investment, development work or new hires and don't know whether funding exists.
  • A programme fits, but the application asks for documents you don't have.
  • Funding has been approved, and now come fund calls, reports and proof of use.
  • Your bank suggests a subsidised loan, and you need the documents for it.
  • The funding body announces an audit, and the receipts are scattered.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Shows up in these initiatives.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you guarantee our application will be approved?

No. The funding body decides on every application, often depending on the budget available. We commit to what we're responsible for: an honest assessment up front, complete documents and a clean schedule up to submission.

Is there funding for staff and development too?

Yes, programmes exist for both. We check grants, subsidised loans and guarantees and show you which ones fit your plans and what conditions come with them.

Will you handle the reporting after approval?

Yes, that's a component in its own right. You can commission it even if someone else submitted the application.

Does it pay off for small funding amounts?

Not always. Applications, fund calls and proof of use take time, even for small sums. We work out with you beforehand whether effort and funding are in proportion, for example in the free Initiative Check.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
