Financial Models & Business Plans

Banks don't fund visions. Only figures that add up.

Building integrated plans for profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow and writing the business plan around them. The result is a documented model and a business plan ready for banks, investors or funding bodies.

Usual

What you often get

A business plan from a template, with a revenue curve heading steeply upwards. Behind it, a model whose formulas nobody can follow any more. And at the bank's first question, the cash flow no longer ties to the balance sheet.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Assumptions that come from your business: worked out with sales, purchasing and management, each one documented. We hand the model over so that your team can keep it going. And if the strategy behind the figures is still missing, we bring in strategy consulting.

Service components

4 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Business plans

  2. Integrated financial models

  3. Scenario & sensitivity analysis

  4. Investor & bank documentation

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • An integrated financial model with an assumptions sheet, built-in checks and a short user guide.
  • A business plan covering market, offer, organisation and funding needs, ready to submit.
  • Base, downside and growth scenarios with their effect on cash.
  • A list of the critical assumptions with source and rationale.
  • Financial documents for bank meetings or data rooms, consistent with the model.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Your bank wants a business plan with a projected balance sheet before granting the loan.
  • You're preparing a funding round and need a model that stands up to tough questions.
  • A major investment is coming up, and you want to know its effect on cash.
  • Your existing model is only understood by the person who built it.
  • A grant application needs a financial plan, but you only have a sales estimate.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you write the business plan text as well?

Yes. We write the business plan with you, based on the model, so that every figure in the text is also in the model.

Anything only you can know, such as goals and background, we clarify in conversations.

Does a good business plan secure the financing?

No. Whether money flows is up to the bank, the fund or the funding body.

We make sure figures, assumptions and text are complete, consistent and traceable. That's the basis for a yes, not a substitute for one.

Can you rework a model we already have?

Yes. We look at formulas, links and assumptions and tell you where the model breaks. Often a revision is enough instead of a rebuild.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
