Accounting Operations

Clean books don't happen at year-end. They happen every month.

Taking over recurring accounting work in agreed processes and systems. The result is current books, paid invoices and followed-up receivables; annual statements and tax returns are prepared with licensed tax advisers.

Usual

What you often get

A bookkeeping firm that books whatever is in the inbox by the deadline. Missing receipts, unpaid invoices and questions from the tax adviser stay with you. Reminders go out when someone has time.

IntoOps

What you get from us

One point of contact for all your accounting, including the parts that need a licence. We appoint the licensed professionals on your behalf and coordinate them.

Processes, deadlines and approvals are documented, not stored in one person's head. And the month-end figures feed straight into controlling.

Service components

6 components. Where a licence is required, we coordinate.

  1. Ongoing bookkeeping

  2. Accounts payable

  3. Accounts receivable & dunning

  4. Month-end closing

  5. Annual statements & tax returns

  6. Audit support

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A documented accounting process with deadlines, responsibilities and approval rules.
  • Checked supplier invoices with a complete approval trail and scheduled payment runs.
  • Outgoing invoices, matched payments and an up-to-date list of open items.
  • Monthly figures that are reconciled and ready on a fixed date.
  • Complete, organised documents for your tax adviser and the statutory audit.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Receipts are scattered across inboxes and shoeboxes, and your tax adviser chases them every month.
  • The person who kept your accounting in their head has resigned.
  • Invoices go out late, and nobody sends reminders because day-to-day business comes first.
  • You're setting up a company in Germany and need working accounting from day one.
  • Your first statutory audit is coming up, and it's unclear which documents are needed.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you replace our tax adviser?

No. Tax advice, annual statements and tax returns stay with a licensed firm, your current one or a new one.

We give it complete documents and answer its questions. So you pay the firm for advice, not for chasing receipts.

Do you collect outstanding debts yourselves?

No. We handle invoicing, payment matching and reminders. If a customer still doesn't pay, we appoint a registered debt collection agency on your behalf and hand over the complete case.

Can you take just our supplier invoices off our hands?

Yes. Accounts payable is available on its own, as is the month-end close. We then follow your approval rules and work hand in hand with your team.

Do you use our existing accounting software?

Yes, as a rule. We work in your systems, so nothing is maintained twice and the data stays with you.

If the software no longer fits, we'll raise it. Selecting and switching systems is part of finance processes & systems.

Is payroll part of this?

Not directly. We prepare it as part of HR administration: master data, hours, changes. The payroll itself is run by tax advisers or qualified specialists whom you appoint through us.

Can we bring the accounting in-house later?

Yes. Everything we set up stays with you: processes, checklists, access rights. If you bring the work in-house, we train your new people and hand over cleanly.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
