ERP & Business Systems

An ERP mirrors your processes. Including the bad ones.

Defining requirements, selecting a system, configuring it, migrating data and taking it into operation with the users. The result is a live business system with trained users and documented configuration.

Usual

What you often get

A choice based on the best demo, a rollout following the vendor's standard plan. Legacy data is moved across unchecked, and training happens just before go-live. Afterwards, the team works around the system, with spreadsheets on the side.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Before anything is configured, we work out with process management how your processes should run in future. We rehearse the data migration with real data before it counts. Training uses your own cases, and after go-live we stay within reach.

Service components

5 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Requirements & system selection

  2. Implementation & configuration

  3. Data migration

  4. User training & rollout

  5. Application management

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A selection decision that documents why this system and not another.
  • Described target processes that the system is configured to.
  • Cleansed master data and a migration log with trial runs and reconciliation.
  • Documentation of the settings that lets your team carry on without us.
  • Training materials and quick guides for every role, built on real cases.
  • An operating model: who answers questions, installs updates and approves changes.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Your company has grown, but the inventory system from back then hasn't.
  • The same data is entered several times in accounting, warehouse and sales.
  • The vendor is ending support for your current system.
  • An ERP rollout has stalled, and nobody knows how to move forward.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Can you support just the selection?

Yes, selection is a component in its own right. You end up with a reasoned recommendation to take into negotiations. The rollout can then be done by the vendor, your team or us.

Will you work with the vendor's implementation partner?

Yes. If the vendor's partner sets up the system, we represent your side: requirements, tests, data and acceptance. That way someone keeps an eye on your processes, not just on the vendor's project plan.

Can you take over a rollout that has stalled?

Yes. First we get a clear picture of status, open issues, contracts and data. Then we agree with you what's really needed for go-live and what can come afterwards.

Will you connect shop, CRM and other systems?

Yes, through system integration & APIs. We define which data goes where during the selection already. That way go-live doesn't hinge on an interface nobody planned for.

Do you factor in accounting during the rollout?

Yes. We plan supplier invoices, payments and closing with our finance processes & systems team. We involve your tax advisory firm early so that accounts and exports fit.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
