Process Management & Optimisation

In the manual, every process runs smoothly. Work happens elsewhere.

Capturing processes as they run, identifying waste and weak points and implementing better processes with the people involved. The result is documented target processes, implemented improvements and process KPIs.

Usual

What you often get

Process maps on the wall, neatly modelled in BPMN, plus a folder full of target processes. Day to day, everything runs as before, because nobody asked the people involved. And newcomers still learn the workflows by watching.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Processes are captured where the work happens, with the people who run them every day. We implement improvements with them straight away and measure them with a few metrics. Any manual work that's left is handled by process automation, also in-house.

Service components

5 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Process analysis & modelling

  2. Process optimisation

  3. Process documentation & SOPs

  4. Process KPIs & monitoring

  5. Process ownership & governance

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • Current processes as they really run, recorded and confirmed by the people involved.
  • Implemented improvements with a documented before-and-after comparison.
  • Short, easy-to-find work instructions for the key workflows, with version and owner.
  • Metrics set up, such as lead time and error rate, with regular reporting.
  • Named process owners and a rule for how changes are agreed.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • The same task runs differently in every department, and nobody knows which version applies.
  • Orders get stuck between sales, warehouse and accounting.
  • New people need months to learn how things are done in your company.
  • A system migration is planned, and the processes should be right first.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you model our processes in BPMN?

Where it helps, yes. For IT projects and automation, BPMN often makes sense. For everyday work, a simple diagram that everyone understands is usually enough.

Do you also optimise single processes?

Yes. Often a single process is the bottleneck, such as order processing or incoming invoices. Then we start there, without needing a process map of the whole company.

Will the improvements last once you're gone?

Not by themselves. That's why every process gets an owner, fixed metrics and a rule for changes.

We hand over with a briefing and, if you like, check later whether it's holding.

Do you work with our quality management?

Yes. Process documentation and quality management go hand in hand, so we keep both in one system. That way your team doesn't maintain two manuals.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
