Interim Management & Implementation Support
A leadership role can sit empty. Its decisions can't.
Taking on management tasks temporarily or part-time, or supporting management in implementing decisions, under a service or work contract with a defined mandate and duration. The result is a covered management function and documented progress against agreed goals.

What you often get
The agency quickly sends a CV. The person arrives alone, gets up to speed alone and leaves alone at the end, with all the knowledge in their head. Whoever comes next starts from scratch.

What you get from us
The interim leader works with a clear mandate, agreed goals and a whole team behind them, from controlling to HR. We steer the engagement and are accountable for it.
Every interim phase ends, so we plan the handover from day one. If you want, our recruiting team searches for the permanent hire in parallel.
Service components
4 components. Each one available on its own.
-
Full-time management roles for a defined period, for example during vacancies or change.
Note: Interim and fractional management are provided under a service or work contract in which we steer the work and take responsibility for it. We do not hire out staff.
-
Part-time heads of sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR or IT.
Note: Interim and fractional management are provided under a service or work contract in which we steer the work and take responsibility for it. We do not hire out staff.
-
Driving agreed decisions into action with management.
-
Preparing decisions, meetings and follow-up for the management team.
What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.
- A written agreement on mandate, goals, authority and duration of the assignment.
- A progress report at a fixed rhythm, measured against the agreed goals.
- A handover document kept up to date, with decisions, open issues and contacts.
- An orderly handover to the permanent hire or your team, including onboarding.
- For implementation support: an action plan with responsibilities, deadlines and regular follow-up.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- Your head of finance resigns, and the year-end close is just around the corner.
- A restructuring has been decided, but day-to-day business leaves no time to drive it.
- You need experienced leadership for sales or IT, but not full time.
- The search for someone to run a new subsidiary is taking longer than planned.
- Decisions have been made, but months later hardly anything has been implemented.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.

You don't need a whole initiative to get Interim Management & Implementation Support. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Isn't this just temporary agency work?
No. It's based on a service or work contract with a clear mandate and agreed goals. We steer the assignment and are accountable for the result.
We don't hire out staff who work under your instructions within your team.
Is interim management available part-time?
Yes. Fractional leadership fits when an area needs experienced leadership but can't justify a full position. We set the scope in the mandate and adjust it if the situation changes.
Do you support us without taking on a role?
Yes. With implementation support, leadership stays with you. We turn decisions into actions and follow up until they're done.
For larger undertakings, project & programme management comes in.
Isn't an interim solution more expensive than a permanent hire?
Per day, often yes. In return, you only pay for the agreed period and scope.
Whether it pays off depends on what the empty role costs you in the meantime. You get a rough estimate after the free Initiative Check.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
