Company Formation Coordination
Notary, bank, register court, tax office. Everyone waits for someone.
Planning and coordinating all steps of a company or branch formation with notaries, lawyers, tax advisers, banks and authorities. The result is a registered, operational entity; legal and tax advice comes from licensed professionals.
Note: Notarisations and register filings are handled by a notary. We appoint them on your behalf and coordinate.
Usual
What you often get
A notary appointment, a stack of documents, then silence. The bank wants proof that only exists after registration, the tax office a questionnaire nobody has heard of. And anyone founding from abroad translates every query on the side.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Everyone involved works from one shared roadmap. We appoint the notary, law firm and tax adviser on your behalf and prepare every appointment.
What can run in parallel runs in parallel. Afterwards, local administration can take over if you wish, with no handover to strangers.

- A roadmap showing who delivers which document, and when.
- Complete documents for the notarisation, agreed with the law firm and notary.
- Filed registrations with the trade office and transparency register, with confirmations in your records.
- All information for tax registration, collected and handed to your tax adviser.
- Bank account documents and a list of the first contracts the company needs.
- A complete formation file, handed over to ongoing administration or your team.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- You're setting up a company in Germany without knowing the processes or contacts.
- Your group needs a branch or subsidiary in another country.
- The formation has been stuck for weeks, and nobody knows who everyone is waiting for.
- Your managing directors are based abroad and can't travel to every appointment.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Company Formation Coordination often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get Company Formation Coordination. These examples show where the service is often needed.
- Project We want to start in Germany.
- Project We want to sell in other countries.
- Project We need our own company on the ground.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Do you notarise the articles yourselves?
No. A law firm drafts the articles of association, and the notarisation takes place at a notary's office.
In the end, you or someone with power of attorney has to sign. We coordinate everything before and after: documents, appointments, queries.
Can you speed up the registration?
Only indirectly. The register court decides when the entry is made. What can be sped up is everything before it: complete documents and quick answers to every query.
Do you help with the business bank account?
Yes. We put together what banks require and support the opening.
Whether and when a bank opens an account is its own decision. That's why we talk to several early on.
Is the formation roadmap available on its own?
Yes. You can then carry out the formation with your own law firm and still know what's due when.
Is formation enough to enter the market?
No. After registration, you usually still need staff, accounting, a site and the first contracts. The German market entry project shows how it all fits together.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
