Branding & Design
Logos rarely sink a brand. The next sales deck might.
Defining what a brand stands for and turning it into a name, visual identity and applied design. The result is a documented brand with guidelines and production-ready design assets.
Usual
What you often get
A design studio delivers logo, colours and a beautiful brand book as a PDF. Then daily life takes over: sales builds its own slides, the website looks different, and every department has its own template. A year later there are two brands, at least.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Positioning first, then design. After that comes what's usually missing: templates for proposals, presentations and social media that your team actually uses. Our UX/UI design team then carries the brand into website and apps, just as the brand book shows.
Service components
6 components. Where a licence is required, we coordinate.
Marked components require a licence, so they always come as part of a wider engagement. Licensed partners carry them out; we appoint them on your behalf and coordinate.
-
Brand core, positioning, values and brand architecture.
-
Names and claims for companies, products or offers; trademark clearance by licensed lawyers.
Note: Legal advice and the drafting and review of contracts are handled by law firms. We appoint them on your behalf and coordinate.
-
Logo, colours, typography and visual language.
-
Rules and templates that keep the brand consistent in daily use.
-
Presentations, print, sales materials and campaign design.
-
Visual design of packaging and labels up to print-ready files, including coordination with the print shop.
What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.
- A one-page positioning: what the brand stands for, for whom and against what.
- A brand book with logo, colours, typefaces, imagery and examples of use.
- Templates for presentations, proposals, documents and social media, ready to use.
- Production-ready files for print, web and packaging in every format needed.
- Name proposals with rationale, trademark-checked by a law firm appointed on your behalf.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- Your company has changed, but your brand still tells the old story.
- Every department designs its own material, and nothing looks like it belongs together.
- A product, a brand or a company needs a name.
- You're entering a new market, and your brand feels foreign or interchangeable there.
- Your website is being rebuilt, and the design should be more than new colours.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Branding & Design often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get Branding & Design. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Do you check whether a new name is legally available?
No, not ourselves. Trademark clearance is handled by a law firm that we appoint on your behalf. We give it the proposals, coordinate the process and only start designing once the check is done.
Can we get just a new logo?
Yes. Logo and corporate design are available on their own.
We'll still ask first what the brand should stand for. Without that answer, every logo becomes a matter of style.
Do we have to redo everything for a clear brand?
No. Often it's enough to sharpen the existing brand: clarify the positioning, tidy up the design, write down the rules. A complete fresh start only pays off when the old brand promises something that's no longer true.
Do you also design our employer brand?
Yes, together with employer branding in HR & Recruiting. Both build on the same positioning; only the audience differs: skilled candidates instead of customers.
Do you print the packaging?
No. We design packaging and labels up to the print-ready file. Printing is done by a printer you already work with or one we choose with you, and we handle the coordination with them.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
