Marketing Strategy & Planning

“Everyone” isn't a target group. It's a budget problem.

Analysing the current marketing, defining goals and target groups and deciding channels, messages and budget. The result is a marketing plan with priorities, responsibilities and KPIs.

Usual

What you often get

A workshop, a slide deck with personas and a channel matrix, plus a budget based on last year. Then every channel gets a little, and nobody quite knows why. By the first bottleneck, the plan no longer applies.

IntoOps

What you get from us

A plan that sets priorities and says openly what gets dropped. Every goal gets a KPI, every activity an owner and a budget. Your team can deliver it, or ours can, and marketing analytics shows you whether it holds up.

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • An audit of your marketing: what works, what only costs money and what's missing.
  • Described target groups with buying triggers, objections and the questions they ask before buying.
  • A marketing plan with goals, priorities, responsibilities and one KPI per goal.
  • A list of the activities that get dropped, each with the reason.
  • A budget per channel, with assumptions you can check later.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • You spend more on marketing every year and can't say which part of it works.
  • Every department has marketing ideas, but nobody decides what comes first.
  • Your agency asks about goals, and internally there's no shared answer.
  • A new product or market is coming up, and the old plan no longer fits.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you also implement the plan?

Yes, if you want us to, in full or for individual channels. Often the plan is enough, and your team or agency puts it into practice. That's why we write it so that both work.

Can we commission just a marketing audit?

Yes. The audit is available on its own. You get a written assessment of your channels and content and a list of what we would change first.

Will you tell us how much budget we need?

Yes, with reasons. We work backwards from the goal: which channels it takes, what they cost, what can realistically be expected.

If the result doesn't match the budget available, we change the goal or the plan. Not the assumptions.

Do we need market research first?

Not always. If you know your market and target group well, conversations with sales and customers are enough. If it's a new market, market research is worth doing first, so the plan rests on figures rather than guesses.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
