Marketing Analytics & Tracking
Every channel reports success. They can't all be right.
Setting up clean measurement of marketing activities and turning the data into reports and decisions. The result is a documented tracking setup and regular reports on channels, campaigns and costs.
Usual
What you often get
A tag manager full of old tags, double-counted conversions and a dashboard nobody opens. Each ad platform claims the same deals, together more than there were orders. And since the cookie banner, part of the data is missing, but nobody knows which.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Before any tag is set, we define which questions the figures should answer. Tracking is documented, consent-compliant and reconciled with the CRM. That way, marketing and sales see the same numbers.
Reports are built with data analytics & BI in your existing BI environment, not in yet another tool.
Service components
5 components. Each one available on its own.
-
Events, conversions and tags defined and implemented.
-
Measurement that respects consent rules, including server-side options.
-
Comparing channels and campaigns by cost and result.
-
How much each channel contributes to leads and sales.
-
Regular marketing reports based on the company's BI setup.
What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.
- A measurement plan: which questions get answered and which events count towards them.
- A cleaned-up, documented tag manager that others can understand and maintain.
- A consent setup whose settings and effects on the data are documented.
- Reconciled figures from ad platforms, web analytics and CRM, with discrepancies explained.
- A regular marketing report with costs and results per channel.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- Ad platforms, web analytics and CRM show different numbers for the same month.
- Since the cookie banner, numbers have dropped. Are visits missing, or just data?
- You have to defend the marketing budget but can't show what it delivers.
- Your tracking was set up by someone who has since left the company.
- Before a relaunch, you want measurement to be right from day one.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Marketing Analytics & Tracking often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get Marketing Analytics & Tracking. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Does tracking still work with a cookie banner?
Yes, with gaps. Without consent, data is missing, and no trick makes that go away. Server-side measurement and properly configured consent get out what's permitted.
We'll tell you openly how big the gap is in your case.
Does attribution show which channel really works?
Not entirely. Every attribution model is an approximation, not proof. We choose one that fits your sales process, say openly what it can and can't do, and add tests where needed.
Is a tracking review a good place to start?
Yes, often the best one. You get a list of what measures correctly, what counts twice and what's missing, sorted by urgency. Your team then fixes the errors, or we take care of it.
Do you coordinate with our IT and agency?
Yes. Servers and tags often belong to IT, the ad accounts to the agency. We define who maintains what and document it, so nobody has to start from scratch later.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
