E-Commerce
Building a shop is quick. Running one isn't.
Selecting, building and integrating shop systems and marketplace connections and keeping them running. The result is a live shop or portal connected to payment, logistics and back-office systems.
Usual
What you often get
The agency builds the shop, and the interface to the warehouse gets done somewhere on the side. Someone in sales maintains the marketplaces by hand. Then the shop shows products that sold out long ago, and orders get typed in.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Building starts in the back office: stock, orders and payments move between shop, marketplaces and inventory system without retyping. The same team plans order management too. After launch, we look after updates and operation for as long as you want.
Service components
6 components. Each one available on its own.
-
Choosing and building the shop on a suitable platform.
-
Customer-specific prices, ordering portals and account functions.
-
Connecting products, orders and stock to marketplaces.
-
Payment providers, checkout and tax logic.
-
Product information, PIM and catalogue maintenance.
-
Updates, monitoring and operational support for the shop.
What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.
- A reasoned choice of shop system, assessed on range, processes and costs.
- A documented data flow for stock, orders and payments across all systems.
- A product data model with an upkeep process, so shop and marketplaces match.
- A tested checkout with the payment methods your customers expect.
- An ordering portal for business customers with their own prices and approval steps.
When you need this. And how you'll know.
- Orders from the shop are copied into the inventory system by hand.
- Your business customers order by email or phone, although they'd rather do it online.
- You want to sell on marketplaces without maintaining stock in several places.
- Your shop system is hitting its limits, for example with variants, languages or countries.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
E-Commerce often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get E-Commerce. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Do you build shops for business customers too?
Yes. B2B is often the more demanding part: individual prices, framework agreements, approvals and orders via interface. We build it as a separate portal or as an area within your existing shop.
Do you handle warehousing and shipping too?
Not ourselves. Warehousing and shipping are carried out by partners from our network, steered through fulfilment & warehousing. In e-commerce, we make sure orders, stock and shipping data flow cleanly between shop and warehouse.
Can you bring traffic to the shop as well?
Yes, through performance marketing. How much of it turns into sales, nobody can honestly promise. We make sure campaigns and shop use the same data, so you can see what pays off.
Can we keep our existing shop?
Yes, if it holds up. Often it's enough to improve interfaces, product data or the checkout. We only recommend a switch when the system clearly won't grow with you.
Do you also help choose the marketplaces?
Yes, through channel & distribution development: which marketplaces, which range, which terms. We then build the technical connection as part of e-commerce.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
