Fulfilment & Warehousing

Warehouse space is easy to find. Reliability isn't.

Setting up and steering storage and order fulfilment through own coordination and partner warehouses. The result is orders shipped to agreed service levels with accurate stock data.

Usual

What you often get

First the team packs boxes in the office, then you sign with the first provider with space. Stock levels are roughly right, errors get a ticket. And in the Christmas peak, you find out how high up the warehouse's list you really are.

IntoOps

What you get from us

First we define what the warehouse has to deliver. Then we pick the right partner from our network and connect it to your shop and systems. After that we steer it against service levels and reconcile stock with your own system.

We plan returns and shipping in from the start.

5 components. Each one available on its own.

  5. Value-added services

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A requirements profile covering volumes, product range, service levels and interfaces.
  • A selected warehouse partner with a documented comparison of offers.
  • A tested connection between your shop or ERP and the warehouse system.
  • Stock data reconciled regularly with the warehouse and confirmed by stock counts.
  • A monthly report on lead time, mis-shipments and availability.
  • Written agreements on packaging, inserts and sets.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Your team packs parcels in the office, and growth is eating up working hours.
  • Your current provider ships late, packs wrongly or reports the wrong stock.
  • You're launching a product and need a warehouse that delivers from day one.
  • Stock in the system and stock on the shelf don't match.
  • You want to ship to more countries and need a second warehouse location.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Does a partner warehouse make sense at low volumes?

Not always. With very small volumes, packing yourself is often cheaper. We work out both options before you switch, and tell you honestly if it doesn't pay off yet.

Do we keep visibility of stock and orders?

Yes. Stock, orders and KPIs sit in your system, reconciled regularly with the warehouse. On top of that, there are reviews where we go through deviations with you and the warehouse.

Does this work for international shipping too?

Yes, together with logistics & shipping: carriers, rates, customs paperwork. Transport and customs clearance are handled by partners in our network, steered by us.

Do you deal with the warehouse's mistakes?

Yes. We sort out mis-shipments, damage and wrong stock levels with the warehouse, not your team.

Every case is documented and feeds into the partner's rating. If an error keeps recurring, we get to the cause.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
