Logistics & Shipping
Rates come with the quote. Surcharges come with the invoice.
Organising inbound and outbound transport with carriers and forwarders and controlling cost and service. The result is reliable shipments, agreed rates and transparent logistics costs.
Note: Transport, freight forwarding, customs clearance and removals are handled by partners in our network. We manage the work.
Usual
What you often get
A parcel service because it was already there, and a freight forwarder someone knew. Rates are negotiated once and never checked again. Surcharges, wasted trips and customs delays end up in summary invoices that simply get paid.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Planning transport, tendering rates, checking every freight invoice against the contract: that's our job. The goods are moved by partners in our network, to our specifications. And because supply chain coordination is at the same table, shipping knows what's coming in.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Logistics & Shipping often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get Logistics & Shipping. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Do you deliver the goods yourselves?
No. On the road, at the port and at customs, the work is done by partners in our network or by your existing providers.
We plan, select, book and check. If a shipment gets stuck, we follow it through to delivery.
Can you negotiate better shipping rates for us?
Yes. We tender the services, compare the offers and negotiate. How good the rates end up also depends on your volumes and on the market.
What we can commit to is a clean tender and an honest comparison, not a specific saving.
Do you file the customs declarations?
Not ourselves. Customs declarations are submitted by forwarders or customs agents we work with. We prepare the export documents, align them with those partners and track the clearance.
Export controls and sanctions checks are built into your processes through supply chain risk & resilience.
Can we commission just the freight invoice audit?
Yes. We check invoices against the rates, clear up discrepancies with the carrier and show where costs arise. The next step often follows from that on its own.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
