Supply Chain Risk & Resilience

Find your second source while the first still delivers.

Mapping and assessing risks in the supply chain, monitoring suppliers and preparing contingency plans and due diligence processes. The result is a risk map, defined countermeasures and documented compliance processes.

Usual

What you often get

The risk is in the annual report; the fallback plans are nowhere. When a country blocks exports or a key supplier becomes insolvent, everyone improvises. And the due diligence questionnaires land with someone who actually has other work to do.

IntoOps

What you get from us

We identify which parts, suppliers and regions really put your business at risk, and watch them continuously. For the critical ones, we build second sources, safety stock and contingency plans, aligned with supplier management.

Due diligence and trade compliance duties are built into purchasing processes. That way, no check depends on someone happening to remember it.

Service components

5 components. Where a licence is required, we coordinate.

  1. Risk mapping & assessment

  2. Supplier risk monitoring

  3. Contingency planning & dual sourcing

  4. Supply chain due diligence

  5. Trade compliance & sanctions screening

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A risk map of critical suppliers, parts and regions, rated by likelihood and impact.
  • Ongoing monitoring of financial, delivery and country risks, with defined warning thresholds.
  • For critical parts: second sources, safety stock or contingency plans, depending on risk and cost.
  • A documented risk analysis and due diligence processes for your supply chain.
  • Sanctions screening and export control as fixed steps in purchasing and sales.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • An important part comes from a single supplier, and there's no plan B.
  • A supply failure has already cost you orders, and it mustn't happen again.
  • Large companies you supply ask for evidence of due diligence in your supply chain.
  • You deliver to countries with sanctions or export restrictions and don't screen business partners systematically.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you cover supply chain due diligence too?

Yes, as part of the wider risk work, not on its own. We build the risk analysis, processes and documentation. A law firm that we appoint on your behalf and coordinate assesses whether a law applies to you and whether the implementation suffices.

Do we need a second source for every part?

No, that would be expensive and often unnecessary. Second sources pay off where a failure would halt deliveries and no stock can bridge the gap. For the rest, safety stock or a prepared contingency plan is often enough.

Are sanctions screening and export control included?

Yes, as fixed steps in your processes. Business partners are screened against sanctions lists before orders and deliveries, and goods are checked for export restrictions. Disputed cases go to a specialist law firm that we appoint on your behalf.

Does this overlap with compliance management?

In part. Compliance & risk management builds the system for the whole company; here the focus is on parts, suppliers and transport routes. We align both so nothing runs twice.

Does this make sustainability questionnaires easier?

Yes. If you know your supply chain, you can answer such questionnaires faster and more reliably. For emissions, targets or a report of your own, our sustainability & ESG team takes over.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
