AI Solutions

AI demos nearly always impress. Everyday use is less forgiving.

Assessing where AI creates measurable benefit and designing, building and operating AI applications with suitable governance. The result is AI applications in use with documented performance and rules.

Usual

What you often get

A workshop full of ideas, a prototype that shines in the presentation. In daily use it fails on data protection, edge cases and who checks the results. Or the AI becomes a chat window on the website, promising who knows what.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Before an AI goes live, we test it with your real cases and define where a person checks. Rules under the EU AI Act are part of it from the start. It's connected by the same people who automate processes.

Service components

6 components. Where a licence is required, we coordinate.

  1. AI use-case assessment

  2. AI assistants & chatbots

  3. AI agents & workflow integration

  4. Document & data extraction

  5. Machine learning & forecasting

  6. AI governance & AI Act readiness

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A rated list of use cases with effort, data situation and risk.
  • A test log with your real cases, recording accuracy, error types and limits.
  • A connected AI application with permissions, logs and a clear handover to people.
  • EU AI Act documentation showing how each application is classified and monitored.
  • A usage policy for your team: which AI for what, with which data.
  • Ongoing measurement of quality and cost for each AI application in operation.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Your team has been using AI tools for ages, just without rules or oversight.
  • Knowledge sits in manuals and inboxes, and the same questions get answered anew every day.
  • An AI idea has been waiting for months, and nobody knows if it's viable.
  • A pilot went well, and now it has to hold up in daily use.
  • You want to know what the EU AI Act means for your applications.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Shows up in these initiatives.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Will AI really save us work?

Not across the board. Whether AI takes work off your hands shows in a test with your real cases, before you invest in running it.

We measure before and after. If the result is thin, we tell you, even if it costs us the engagement.

Will our data end up with an AI provider?

Only if you approve it. We define up front which data goes where, and the model follows from that.

Options include EU hosting, your own servers or a provider under a suitable contract. For the legal review, a law firm comes in through compliance & risk management.

Can you build a chatbot for our customers?

Yes, if it can answer questions reliably. It works from your verified knowledge, not the open internet. We define when the bot hands over to a person, and measure how often that happens.

Do you also train our team to use AI?

Yes, specifically for the applications you're introducing. Broader training, for example for whole departments, we provide through training & development.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
