Site Projects & Fit-Out
The trades will turn up. But in what order?
Planning and steering site projects from space planning to handover, with architecture firms, qualified trades and suppliers. The result is a site that is ready for use, with schedule and budget tracked and reported throughout.
Note: Electrical, building services and other work that requires a registered specialist firm is carried out by such firms. We appoint them on your behalf and coordinate.
Usual
What you often get
You coordinate electrics, drywall, furniture and IT yourself, alongside day-to-day business. Every trade waits for another, and the move-in date keeps slipping. What's left is a defect list nobody works through.
IntoOps
What you get from us
Trades, dependencies and costs sit in one project plan for the whole site. Authorised firms prepare building applications and registered specialist firms do the technical work; we appoint and manage them on your behalf. We plan the workplace concept in from the start.
Service components

Marked components require a licence, so they always come as part of a wider engagement. Licensed partners carry them out; we appoint them on your behalf and coordinate.

- Comparable quotes from specialist firms, checked and awarded together with you.
- Change order management that checks every extra claim before it's paid.

- The lease is signed, and the team moves in within a few months.
- A warehouse needs converting while operations carry on.
- The fit-out is getting more expensive than planned because change orders get waved through.
- Converting a space requires a permit, and you don't know where to start.
Rarely alone. Never bundled.
Site Projects & Fit-Out often works together with these services. We'll tell you honestly when a combination makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Shows up in these initiatives.
You don't need a whole initiative to get Site Projects & Fit-Out. These examples show where the service is often needed.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Are you a construction company?
No. Building and trade work is carried out by registered specialist firms, building applications are prepared by authorised architects or engineers.
We plan the project, obtain quotes, appoint on your behalf and manage everything through to acceptance. You have one point of contact instead of many trades.
Can we bring in our own tradespeople?
Yes. If firms have proven themselves with you, we manage them too. The condition is that they're registered for their work.
If a trade is missing, we obtain quotes from suitable specialist firms.
Do you guarantee the move-in date?
No. Dates also depend on authorities, delivery times and specialist firms that we don't control.
We commit to what's in our hands: a realistic plan, early warnings of delays and transparency about progress. If things get tight, you decide with us what has to be ready first.
Can I commission just the space planning?
Yes, for example to compare two properties before signing. Then you know whether your team fits before you commit. The search itself is part of site selection.
Proof first. Contract second.
In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.
No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
