Operations Management

Disruptions are normal. Surprises shouldn't be.

Taking over the steering of an operational area on an ongoing basis, with agreed KPIs and reporting. The result is stable operations with transparent performance and handled exceptions.

Usual

What you often get

Steering the operation depends on one person who's also doing everything else. KPIs exist whenever someone pulls them together. And providers measure their own service levels, with remarkably green results.

IntoOps

What you get from us

With us, steering becomes something you can check: agreed KPIs, a fixed reporting rhythm, clear escalation rules. We measure providers with data from your systems, not with their own report. And whatever keeps going wrong, we tackle at the root through performance improvement.

Service components

4 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Operations planning & scheduling

  2. Operations KPIs & reporting

  3. Provider steering

  4. Exception & escalation handling

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A KPI set with target, data source and a named owner for each KPI.
  • A staffing and capacity plan, checked weekly against incoming orders and headcount.
  • Minuted performance reviews with every provider, including actions and deadlines.
  • An escalation path with thresholds, responsibilities and response times.
  • An incident log recording the cause and follow-up action for every exception.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • When the operations lead is off, nobody knows what matters right now.
  • Your logistics provider reports good figures, but your customers keep complaining.
  • Management solves operational problems every day instead of running the company.
  • Disruptions only come to light when customers call.
  • After setting up a new operation, nobody is there to steer it long term.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Can you take over steering without a setup project?

Yes. If the operation is already running, we start with a review: KPIs, providers, open issues. Then we take over the steering under rules we agree with you beforehand.

Is this the same as interim management?

No. Interim management fills a leadership role for a period. Here we take on a clearly defined steering task with agreed KPIs, for a set period or long term.

If you need the role itself, such as an interim head of operations, there's interim management. Both run under a service or work contract in which we steer the work ourselves.

Do you use our data and tools?

Yes. Steering happens in your systems, so nothing is maintained twice. If a report or dashboard is missing, our data analytics specialists build it.

Will steering come back to our team later?

Yes, if you want it to. KPIs, rules and processes are documented, and we plan the handover with you. Then we train the person who will steer in future.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
