Sales Enablement

Training days are soon forgotten. Habits stay.

Creating and maintaining what salespeople need in conversations, from playbook and pitch materials to objection handling and training. The result is a usable sales toolkit and trained salespeople.

Usual

What you often get

Marketing produces brochures that sales doesn't use, and every salesperson builds their own deck. Now and then there's a seminar, and soon afterwards everything is back to normal. Learning happens on the side, if at all.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Materials come from real conversations: which questions do customers ask, which objections keep coming up? We write the playbook with your team, and decks and copy together with content marketing. Practice happens on calls and in meetings, not in a seminar room.

Service components

5 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Sales playbook

  2. Pitch decks & sales materials

  3. Arguments & objection handling

  4. Sales training & coaching

  5. Sales tools & content management

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A lean playbook with call guides, questions and examples from your market.
  • A pitch deck and proposal templates that your whole team uses consistently.
  • A collection of typical objections with answers tested in real conversations.
  • Training and coaching plans per person, with progress on record.
  • One central place for all materials, holding only the current version.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Every salesperson explains your offer differently, and nobody knows which version works.
  • A new product is coming, and your sales team should sell it from tomorrow.
  • New salespeople take a long time before they can sell on their own.
  • Materials are somewhere, and in the end someone builds a new deck anyway.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you train our team on site too?

Yes, where it makes sense. Much of it works better in day-to-day business, though. We sit in on conversations, give feedback afterwards and practise what was missing.

Shouldn't sales materials be marketing's job?

Partly. Marketing takes care of brand, language and design; sales knows what's needed in a conversation. Good materials need both, so we create them together.

Does training really lead to more deals?

Rarely on its own. Training works when someone follows up on whether it shows in daily work. So we combine it with coaching and watch whether behaviour in conversations changes.

Will you keep the materials up to date?

Yes, on an ongoing basis. New objections, prices or products are worked in, and outdated versions disappear. Or we hand over to someone in your team who takes ownership.

Does sales enablement help with onboarding too?

Yes. The playbook, materials and objection library are the basis that helps new people find their feet faster. For a full onboarding programme, we bring in training & development.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
