Partnership & Alliance Development

Partnerships rarely fail at signing. They fail the year after.

Defining the partner profile, finding and approaching suitable partners and developing cooperation up to an agreed partnership. The result is a signed or decision-ready partnership with a joint plan.

Usual

What you often get

Two managing directors hit it off at a conference, followed by a letter of intent and a press release. After that, nobody on either side feels responsible. The partnership still exists; it's just that nothing happens in it.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Partners are chosen by profile, not chemistry, and the model must pay off for both sides. We lead the negotiation while a law firm drafts the contract. Afterwards the partnership is run like a key account: with a plan, owners and regular reviews.

Service components

5 components. Where a licence is required, we coordinate.

  1. Partner strategy & profile

  2. Partner search & screening

  3. Partner outreach & negotiation

  4. Partnership agreements

  5. Joint business planning

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A partner profile with goals, criteria and reasons for exclusion.
  • A vetted shortlist of potential partners, with reasons for each company.
  • Documented conversations and a negotiated cooperation model with terms and division of tasks.
  • A contract ready for signature, drafted and reviewed by a law firm.
  • A joint business plan with goals, owners and fixed review dates.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • You want to enter a market where you lack access and contacts.
  • A partner could bring you customers you can't reach alone.
  • Partnerships exist on paper, but there's hardly any joint business.
  • Your offer lacks a capability, and building it yourself would take too long.
  • A large company wants to work with you, and you want to negotiate well.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Shows up in these initiatives.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Can we bring in our own law firm?

Yes. If your law firm has handled partner agreements so far, it stays involved. We give it the negotiated terms and coordinate changes with it.

We only appoint a new firm if you don't have one.

Do you also find partners abroad?

Yes. Search, screening and first contact work the same way internationally; only the criteria change. A local partner is often a quicker way into a new market than your own team.

Whether it's the right way is something we clarify in market development.

Do you stay with the partnership after launch?

Yes, for as long as you want. We plan goals and tasks with both sides, run the reviews and speak up when one side isn't delivering. Including yours.

Can a preferred partner still say no?

Yes. Whether a company becomes a partner is its own decision. We make sure of a reasoned selection, well-prepared outreach and terms worth a serious conversation.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
