Social Media Marketing

Logos don't have opinions. People do.

Defining the role of each social channel, producing and publishing content and managing the community. The result is active, consistent channels with documented reach and engagement.

Usual

What you often get

A post every Tuesday, some stock photos and a monthly report full of likes. The channels look well kept, but comments sit unanswered for days. And nobody ever decided what each channel is actually for.

IntoOps

What you get from us

Every channel gets a job: winning customers, reaching skilled people or building trust. Topics, tone and frequency follow from that. And we bring in the voices people follow more readily than a logo: your leadership and your team.

Service components

6 components. Each one available on its own.

  1. Social media strategy

  2. Content production & channel management

  3. Community management

  4. Corporate influencers

  5. Influencer marketing

  6. Social listening & reporting

What you'll have at the end. Results you can check.

  • A written role for every channel: goal, audience, topics and frequency.
  • An editorial plan with approved posts for the coming weeks.
  • Clear rules and response times for comments, messages and criticism.
  • Guidance and coaching for managers and employees who want to post themselves.
  • Regular reports on reach, engagement and enquiries from the channels.

When you need this. And how you'll know.

  • Your channels are live, but hardly anyone outside your own staff reacts.
  • Comments and messages go unanswered because nobody feels responsible.
  • Your leadership should be visible on LinkedIn but doesn't know what to write about.
  • You're hiring and want to show what working with you is really like.
  • A critical comment is spreading, and the reply is stuck in approval.

Rarely alone. Never bundled.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you post on our behalf?

Yes, on the company's channels, following an approved plan. Personal profiles are different: there we provide topics, drafts and coaching, but don't post ourselves. Whatever appears under someone's name, that person has to stand behind.

Do we have to be active on every platform?

No. One well-run channel is worth more than several half-maintained ones. Which platforms pay off depends on where your audience is and what you want to achieve there.

Do you answer comments and messages?

Yes, following rules we agree with you: what we answer ourselves, what we pass on, what gets escalated. Questions about orders or complaints go to customer support, yours or ours.

Do you work with external creators?

Yes, if they fit the brand and the goal. We select them, negotiate the collaboration and evaluate the results. Paid posts are always labelled as advertising.

Does social media actually work in B2B?

Often, yes, especially on LinkedIn. In B2B, people buy from people they trust, and on LinkedIn that trust comes from individuals rather than company pages. Whether it's worth it for you is something we clarify in the free Initiative Check.

Proof first. Contract second.

In the free Initiative Check, we listen for 45 minutes and ask the questions that usually only come up after the contract is signed. Then you get a short written assessment: what we see, how we would go about it and roughly what it would take.

No obligation. And if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
